At Zimsen Partners, we see this every day. Talking about money isn’t always easy. It’s personal, sometimes stressful, and often filled with terms that don’t make much sense unless you deal with them regularly.
Now imagine doing all of that in a language you’re not fully comfortable with.
That’s exactly why this matters to us.
We work with people from all kinds of backgrounds, and we’ve built a team that reflects that. If you prefer speaking in your own language, you should be able to do that. It makes conversations easier, questions clearer, and decisions more confident.
For us, it’s simple. You shouldn’t have to struggle to understand your own finances.
English:
English is the main language used across Australia, and of course, we work with it every day. But that doesn’t mean we overcomplicate things. Our focus is always on keeping conversations clear, simple, and easy to follow.
Mandarin:
Mandarin is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, especially within Chinese communities. If this is your preferred language, our team can walk you through everything in a way that feels natural and familiar, not rushed or confusing.
Hindi:
Hindi is spoken by a large number of people both in India and here in Australia. We regularly work with Hindi speaking clients who simply feel more comfortable discussing important matters in their own language, and we’re always happy to meet them there.
Tamil:
Tamil is a language with deep roots and strong cultural ties across South India and Sri Lanka. For many Tamil speakers, trust and clarity go hand in hand, and being able to speak freely makes a real difference in financial conversations.
Sinhalese:
Sinhalese is widely spoken within Sri Lankan communities. We understand that when it comes to finances, being able to explain things properly and ask questions without hesitation can take a lot of pressure off.
Marathi:
Marathi is commonly spoken in Maharashtra, including cities like Mumbai and Pune. For many of our clients, switching into Marathi just makes things easier, more natural, and a lot more comfortable.
Cantonese:
Cantonese is spoken in Hong Kong and parts of Southern China, as well as by many long standing communities in Australia. Our team makes sure conversations flow easily, without the need to second guess or translate in your head.
Khmer:
Khmer is the official language of Cambodia and an important part of many communities here as well. We’re here to make sure Khmer speaking clients feel just as confident and included when discussing their finances.
At the end of the day, this isn’t just about language.
It’s about feeling understood. It’s about being able to ask questions without holding back. And it’s about knowing that the person helping you actually gets what you’re trying to say.
That’s the standard we aim for with every single client.
